Welcome to the Barnabas Africa Website, my name is Rev. TWAGIRUMUGABE Dominic , this is a new and effective site aiming at instructing and encouraging people who are in called in the Ministry of Pastoring and of preaching the gospel.

Barnabas Africa is an International Ministry founded in the USA by Rev. Tom Salter who has been serving as a Pastor in the USA, Pastor Tom also has trained a number of Pastors in Africa particularly in Rwanda through PHARP “Peace Building Reconciliation Program”.

It is in that regard that we now have establishing this wonderful ministry in the African Continent based in Rwanda.
